Book Fair

Thank you for your interest in the Book Fair!

The MCDS Book Fair celebrates our school's love of literature and reading. The first Book Fair took place in 1958. Now, over 66 years later, this week-long celebration of books is a favorite for many MCDS families. Events span a week in early November and include an opening night party, a literary luncheon with a guest speaker, a weekend family day and student assemblies with visiting authors. All the proceeds from the Book Fair benefit the school library and our community partners. 

No contribution is too small! Volunteer opportunities accommodate a wide variety of schedules and availability. This is also a great chance to connect with fellow book enthusiasts and literary lovers.
